This apartment complex with all of the modern amenities, also known as a Category A, is in a prime location. It is located within walking distance from all of the popular nightlife that has made Ayia Napa so popular. The complex also has a front row view of the beach.
There are a total of 124 holiday apartments, with 53 studios, and 71 one bedroom apartments. The studios have an open floor plan with a kitchenette, telephone, safety deposit box, TV, and a balcony. The one bedroom floor plans are almost the same as the studios, with the exception of a twin bed.
The apartment houses one indoor restaurant, known as the Arcadia Restaurant, and one open air restaurant, the Arethousa. Each restaurant has an extended choice of local wines. There is also a bar on-site, titled the Dionysus. It is an indoor-outdoor cocktail bar with an assortment of exotic cocktails, coffees, and other classic drinks. The property amenities include a 24 hour reception desk, lounge, game room, children’s playroom, mini shop, public restrooms, as well as an indoor and outdoor swimming pool.

This is a well maintained, Category B property that is located ten minutes from the centre of Ayia Napa. There are numerous bars, nightclubs, and restaurants located near by, and the beach is only a fifteen minute walk away. There are a total of 44 hotel apartments that are all family run. This means that you will receive excellent customer service in a relaxed atmosphere.
Amenities include a cafeteria, pool bar, sun terrace, swimming pool, gym, and a customer service desk. The studio apartments have twin beds, an open floor plan with kitchenette, telephone, and a balcony. The one bedroom apartments and the two bedroom apartments have the same amenities with the addition of more beds.

Green Bungalows is one of the oldest established hotel complexes in Ayia Napa. The grounds were recently renovated, and it is a family owned business. The apartments are located within walking distance from the centre of the village with numerous facilities nearby. The beach is also a five minute walk from the apartment.
All of the rooms are equipped with a lounge and kitchen area. The property is a self catering accommodation, but house cleaning is available. The studio apartments sleep 2 to 3 people, followed by a one bedroom with 2 to 4 people, and a 2 bedroom apartment which sleeps 4 to 6.
You can ask for an iron, toaster, air conditioning, safe box, and a fan at the reception desk. There is also a laundry service on site that is a self service amenity. Located on-site is a swimming pool, as well as a pool restaurant and bar.
